Sometimes, errors in inventory occur. As such, should we find that an item or items you ordered are not in stock, a refund for those items will be automatically issued to you. If you want to be notified of a shortage, please send us an email directly after you finalize your order, providing the order number in the Subject field, along with a phone number where you can be reached during our business hours of 9:00 am - 5 pm, Monday through Friday, EST.
Because of the variations in monitor colors, we understand how hard it might be to get the exact color you're looking for. We gladly accept returns and exchanges because of this. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Order cancellations will be honored if order has not yet been shipped and a refund will be issued immediately.
Orders that have delivery refused: Items will be received back for a refund minus a 5% restocking fee. Shipping is non-refundable as the carrier was paid to present the order to you for acceptance.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons), which includes jewelry
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
